The ingredients needed for the same are:
- ½ mashed avocado or about ½ avocado;
- 3 tablespoons of cacao powder;
- ½ cup of cooked sweet potato;
- ¼ cup coconut milk;
- ½ cup creamy nut butter made out of almond, cashew, and tahini;
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup; and
- ½ cup dairy-free chocolate chips.
Before starting with the preparation of the brownies, preheat the oven to 325°. Take a regular loaf pan and put a parchment paper on it. Anoints the paper with the coconut oil. Put all the ingredients, with exception of the chocolate chips, into a blender and mix the same.
