How to prepare it:
- 15-20 dried olive leaves
- 2-3 dl of boiling water
Collect the leaves in the spring time and dry them in the air. Once dried, put them in a glass jar and keep in a cool, dark place.
The only thing you need to prepare this tea is 15 – 20 olive leaves. Put the olive leaves in boiling water and cook them for 10 minutes. Let the tea cool for 15 minutes after removing the leaves.
If you want to flavor it you can add honey or lemon. This tea can be consumed several weeks in a row in order to feel all its benefits.
