What Does The Shape of Your Buttocks Say About Your Health??

Buttocks have different shapes and sizes. But, what does that mean?

The size of your butt can reveal a lot about the overall health. Generally, it is believed that the deposition of fat is terribly bad for the body, which is partly true.

What does the shape of the butt mean?

The shape of the triangle (or “V” form) is common in women with low estrogen levels.

The shape of a heart (or pear) indicates a significant distribution of fat on the upper thighs.

The round shape indicates the distribution of fat around the buttocks.

And finally, square shape (or “H” shape) indicates fat distributed evenly.

What can be discovered from your butt?

It is long known that the overall distribution of body fat is a great indicator of health, but all fats are not distributed evenly.

The extra fat on the butt can be a sign of good health. In this way, the body is protecting and keeps the fatty acids away from the heart, arteries, and liver to reduce the risk of heart disease and other problems such as diabetes.

But, this is not equal in both sexes. Unfortunately, men that have a big butt- are not necessarily healthy. Unlike them, women are genetically predisposed to store more fat in their buttocks.

However, neither too much fat is good. It can lead to hemorrhoids and other problems. Maybe you lack in fiber in the diet or you sit too long (especially if you work in an office).

Loosen buttock:

Loosen buttocks is a sign of weak muscles in the buttocks that specifically affect the posture of the back, and if your hips look hard, it could be a sign that you have some problems with your feet.

If you have bulges ass, then your body much quickly burns calories and it is harder to have osteoporosis. This kind of buttocks is also associated with the good shape of the pelvis and easier childbirth.

People with “flat” buttocks tend to pile up the fat on the abdomen and the upper body.

These fats are often associated with heart diseases and diabetes. As a consolation to this people is that it is much easier to lose the fat from the legs.
