These Wall Workouts Can Sculpt Your Body In No Time

If you get bored enough of the gym, you could replace gym equipment with an empty wall.

We all want to have an ideally shaped body, but it’s easier said than done. Completely reshaping your body can be done with a lot of hard work and sacrifice, so a simple dietary change won’t be enough. You also need to hit the gym every day, and introduce some cardio to your daily routine as well.

Sadly, we really don’t have the time to go to the gym every day, which is why most of us end up with excess fat on our bellies. However, there is a way of melting all the extra fat on your body and shaping it up without spending hours at the gym and working yourself to death.

Below we’re going to show you a few simple exercises that require no special equipment and can be done anywhere and anytime.

All you need is a wall.

Yes, you didn’t misread it – all you need to transform your body is a wall. The 3 wall moves we have for you today are simple to perform – stick to them 3 times a week, and you will notice the results in just a short time. Even if you’re often travelling, these moves can be done anywhere.

They are pretty easy for beginners and have a great overall effect on your figure.

The moves target most major muscle groups in your body. They do require a short warm-up, though, in order to prevent injuries. We suggest consulting with your doctor before starting the routine, and you’ll be fine.

Here’s what you need to do:

Sit and sculpt

Just lean on your back on the wall with your knees slightly bent, then go up and down like in the picture for about a minute.

Legs up the wall

Follow the instructions on the picture for 60 seconds to do this effective exercise.

Arm-flab fighters

The triceps push-ups on the wall should be repeated 15 times.

Booty bridges

Do the exercise like on the picture above, and repeat it 15 times per side.
